Grit. Teamwork. Gratitude. – These are the values that guide WMC Racing, from coaching philosophy to how our athletes engage with each other and approach their training plans. WMC Racing focuses on core drills, deliberate practice methods, and accurate coaching tactics to ignite passion for ski racing.  In this program, athletes work in training environments designed to enhance their skills and fundamentals for stronger course results. Our trained and committed coaching staff will guide athletes to understand and apply necessary skill-blends and tactics, driving our athletes to perform at their best.

This program is for skiers ages 7-18. All participants must be a minimum of 7 years old by Jan. 1, 2025 and be at least an intermediate skier making parallel turns on blue terrain. Participants who sign up for this program that do not meet the minimum skiing ability standards may be transferred to a different program at the discretion of the Racing Program Director.
