Fitness Center
Also located at the Winwood Inn is the fitness center featuring newly updated strength and cardio equipment. Visit the front desk at the Winwood Inn to purchase a membership. Daily, monthly, and annual memberships are available.
Amenities include:
- Cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, spin bikes and a rowing machine.
- Full set of free weights
- Barbell strength rack
- Foam plyoboxes
