Our volunteer Mountain Hosts are the heartbeat of Windham Mountain Club and provide the first smile and salutation to guests. Hosts earn exclusive perks, tickets, or passes depending on days of service.

Team Housing
Windham Mountain Club offers shared/semi-private housing at multiple locations minutes from the resort. Staff housing is available for winter season and off season on a first come first serve basis. We also collaborate with existing local landlords for employee housing.

Windham Mountain Club participates in the J-1 Work and Travel Visa Program through it’s partner, Universal Student Exchange (USE).
