It’s finally happened, after much anticipation and excitement, it’s our pleasure to announce that Why Not? will be open today, marking our first terrain expansion to the East Peak of the season. We will also be opening What's Next? this morning. This eastward push isn’t the only thing to be excited about and we have more in store for you today.

While everyone was asleep, our grooming team hit the slopes to resurface and prep the mountain for your arrival this morning. If you’re like us and you’re a fan of corduroy, you’re in luck because they groomed all of our available terrain for today except Why Not?.

Our snowmakers continued their work overnight on Why Not?, Wanderer, Wingin’ It, and Wilbur. We have had excellent snowmaking conditions, and we will continue making snow as long as temperatures and resources allow.

Westside Six (F-lift), Wonderama Express Quad (C-lift), Whiteway Express Quad (D-lift), East Peak Express Quad (G-lift), Wooly Bear Carpet (E-carpet), and Whisper Run Upper Carpet (M-carpet) will service our available terrain this morning.

We’re expecting a sunny day with a fresh groom, and we believe there’s nothing better than that. It’s going to be another excellent day on snow, and we can’t wait to see you out there.

New Year’s Eve

2024 has been a year worth celebrating, so come join our New Year’s festivities on the mountain with a torchlight parade and fireworks display right here at Windham Mountain Club. Celebrate the new year with loved ones and watch a display full of light, snow, skiing, and jubilation.

The annual Torchlight Parade will begin at 6:00 PM and will be immediately followed by our fireworks display at 6:30 PM. Rubix Kube will be performing live in Seasons from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM before the torchlight parade.
