Yesterday’s sun was a welcome addition to our ski day conditions, and you can expect more of the same today. The forecast is calling for clear skies all day and temps reaching the upper twenties, so we are expecting a wonderful ski day today. Our snow conditions yesterday were outstanding, and with the fresh groom we received overnight we’re going to have another day just like it. There’s a lot to be excited about, so let’s get you caught up.
Last night our groomers went out at midnight to get a resurfacing done on both peaks. There’s fresh corduroy galore this morning thanks to their hard work, so get here early to reap the rewards and leave your mark. All our available terrain was groomed last night except The Wall, which was left ungroomed for those of you looking for a different kind of snow surface.
Our snowmakers had the holiday off as a thank you for all their hard work, and deservingly so because they have been doing an incredible job all season, and they will be returning to work shortly. During the next temperature window we are able to, we will light snowguns on Wide Connection, Windfall, Wonderama, Wedel, and Warmup.
The weather, the hard work of our ops teams, and the sunshine today are a trifecta that promises that today will be an epic snow day. We hope you take our recommendation and get out there this morning because it’s going to be another great one. We can’t wait to see you out there getting your shred on this morning.
This morning, 12/26/024, our lifts will open for the public at 8:00 AM, and will continue to do so through New Year's Eve.
