Saturday’s a snow day! Well, this Saturday at least because overnight we received 5 inches of the fresh stuff. This is awesome news coming into the weekend, the natural snowfall is helping us refresh our trails and keep them skiing well.

Overnight our grooming team were busy resurfacing our available terrain with the help of all our new snow. This morning corduroy is the name of the game, and we have it across all our available terrain this morning, so get up early and get to the mountain and leave your tracks on fresh cord before it’s skied off.

Snowmaking continued last night on the East Peak on Wanderer, Wingin’ It, and Why Not?. Stay tuned as that develops, we hope to open those trails as soon as possible.

The Windham Parks crew has reset the features in Lower Whistler Park, with a box, flat rail, tombstone/pole jam feature, a handrail, and a waterfall tube, so park laps are on this weekend.

Tonight we will have live music with Kickin’ Nash in Seasons from 3:00 to 6:00 PM.

Set No Limits

Season-long skill development.

This program for 12-15 year old skiers has teams competing for the highly coveted Slush Cup.  Each team earns points in a season-long competition that highlights mastering new skills, working on skiing challenges together, and participating in events throughout the season. This is a program for skiers who can ski independently on a variety of terrain on the mountain and who wish to have additional opportunities for training and skill development. Participants must be intermediate or more advanced skiers. If you plan on being with us over the December holidays, be sure to select the holiday camp option for programming Dec. 27-30.
